福建漳州人,国家优秀青年基金获得者。先后毕业于福建师范大学(2007年、学士学位)、中国科学院南京地理与湖泊研究所(2012年、博士学位),在德国基尔大学(2010-2011年)、加拿大多伦多大学生态模拟实验室(2016-2017年)从事研究工作。担任Ecological Informatics副主编、江苏省地理学会理事、中国海洋湖沼学会湖泊分会理事、《湖泊科学》英文编辑等学术兼职,入选江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”中青年科学技术带头人、中国科学院特聘骨干、中国科学院青年创新促进会会员,获中国科学院院长优秀奖、江苏省青年地理科技奖、上海市水务海洋科学技术奖、周立三青年科技奖等。
从事湖泊-流域水生态环境模拟,先后主持国家自然科学基金(4项)、中国科学院青年创新促进会项目、江苏省自然科学基金、江苏省双碳项目课题等科研项目10余项,围绕国家/地方水环境保护与治理的技术需求,研发了具有自主知识产权的圩区面源氮磷污染模型,改进了大型浅水湖泊的藻类水华模拟方法,发展了湖泊-流域系统氮磷藻的大尺度空间格局重建方法。在Water Research等期刊发表第一/通讯作者SCI论文38篇(含2篇ESI高被引/热点论文),指导研究生在Journal of Hydrology、Journal of Environmental Management等期刊发表TOP SCI论文10余篇(学生均为第一作者)。研究成果被PNAS、Nature子刊等引用1600余次,成果应用于污染来源解析、水生态环境模拟预测、管控方案优选等,为河湖水环境治理与保护实践提供关键技术支撑,产生了显著的生态、经济与社会效益,获应用证明13份。
