陈开宁:男,1964年10月出生。分别获南京农业大学植物学硕士学位、中国科学院地理与湖泊研究所自然地理(湖泊生态)博士学位。现任中国科学院南京地理与湖泊研究所、国家湖泊与环境重点实验室研究员、博导。国家基金委、生态环保部、科技部以及多个地方专家库评审专家,常州大学客座教授,江苏省海洋湖沼学会理事,水生植物专委会副主任委员,江苏省水处理技术与材料协同创新中心PI团队负责人。 主要从事水生植物学、湖泊湿地生态学、河湖水污染控制与生态修复机制、以及湖库藻类防控研究与应用技术开发。针对科技需求和国家需求,在生态系统层次上开展了湖泊生态恢复机理研究,阐明了在欧美被广泛应用的“经典生物操纵”在我国亚热带湖泊不响应的原因;阐明了水质及浮游生物对水生植被恢复响应的部分机制;探讨了沉积物理化特性对水生植物生长繁殖、分布规律及种群消长的影响机制,修正了Barko & Smart(1986)提出的关于“沉水植物与沉积物有机物含量关系概念模型”;阐明了无机碳在天然水体中的季节变化特征及对沉水植物生理生态特性与种群消长影响规律;研究了湿地挺水植物的空间分布与水深梯度间的关系、光照条件对水生植物生长繁殖的影响以及植物种子和无性繁殖体萌发适宜条件;研发了多种湖泊湿地修复、黑臭河道生态治理、蓝藻水华防控等关键技术与材料及装备。研发的关键技术为太湖、巢湖、滇池、南四湖、滆湖、阳澄湖、天目湖、浙江嘉兴市河道、河南省河道、天津市饮用水源地等湿地生态系统修复、蓝藻防控与水质改善的工程的顺利实施提供了理论与技术支撑。“十二五”和“十三五”期间主持国家水专项巢湖富营养化控制与治理技术及工程示范两个课题、以及三项国家自然基金项目。分别获得2007年度国家环境保护科学技术二等奖、2015年度国家环境保护科学技术一等奖和2019年中国发明专利优秀奖。发表论文80多篇,其中SCI论文30多篇,获得授权发明专利20多项(国际3项)和实用新型10多项。
