徐华成,男,1982年生。2011年于同济大学获博士学位,同年进入中国科学院南京地理与湖泊研究所工作,2021-2013年任中国科学院南京地理与湖泊研究所助理研究员,2014-2019年任中国科学院南京地理与湖泊研究所副研究员,2016-2017年在美国大湖研究中心进行访问学者工作,2020年起任中国科学院南京地理与湖泊研究所研究员。现任中国科学院湖泊环境治理与生态修复工程实验室副主任,国家优秀青年基金、江苏省杰出青年基金、中国科学院青促会优秀会员、江苏省“333工程”、江西省“双千计划”、青海省“昆仑英才”等领军人才。
开展河湖库水环境污染机理与防治相关工作,具体包括湖库污染物(有机/无机类、溶解/胶体类)归趋行为模拟、生态环境效应及高效消减机理与技术研发等。主持国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金、江苏省重点研发计划项目、江苏省自然科学基金、中科院人才项目等国家及省部级课题20余项。在国际高水平期刊发表SCI论文100余篇,被引5000余次,出版专著2部,授权专利/软著20余项。获水利部大禹水利科技进步二等奖、云南省科技进步二等奖及江苏省水利科技进步一等奖等省部级奖励多项。多次受邀在国际、国内重要学术会议中做主题报告和特邀报告,担任多份学术期刊编委及生态/环境协会委员。
