高金龙，1988年11月生，山东无棣人，国家优秀青年基金获得者；入选中国科学院青年创新促进会、江苏省“333 高层次人才培养工程”中青年科学技术带头人、江苏省科协青年科技人才托举工程；兼任中国地理学会农业地理与乡村发展专业委员会委员、中国自然资源学会资源活化与城市更新专业委员会副主任及资源地理专业委员会和教育工作委员会委员、江苏省地理学会理事和青年工作委员会主任、江苏省土地学会青年委员会副主任等。
目前主要从事城乡发展与土地利用、城市更新与区域规划等领域的科研与实践工作；主持国家自然科学基金项目4项，参与国家自然科学基金重点项目、第三次新疆综合科考课题、中科院A类先导专项子课题、江苏省社会发展重点项目等10余项；在国内外学术期刊发表论文90余篇，出版学术专著4部，参编著作2部；先后荣获中国科学院院长奖、江苏省青年地理科技奖、洪银兴经济学奖、江苏省优秀国土空间规划奖一等奖、江苏省土地学会科学技术奖二等奖、江苏省国土资源科技创新奖二等奖等。
