马荣华:男,1972年生,山东临沂人。1999年于西安科技大学获工程测量硕士学位,2002年于南京大学获地图学与地理信息系统专业博士学位;2008年12月任中国科学院南京地理与湖泊研究所研究员(四级),现任二级研究员,江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”中青年科学技术带头人入选者,江苏省有突出贡献的中青年专家。 开展了“自然光—湖泊水体—卫星传感器”的相互作用机理与应用基础研究,研创了“遥感反射比高精度获取—水华蓝藻高精度反演与监测—蓝藻时空连续信息重构”的成套技术和系统应用平台,构建了湖泊水环境遥感的理论、技术与方法体系,创建了“湖泊水环境遥感”研究领域,提出了“湖泊水环境遥感”学科方向;发展了GIS空间关联模式发现的理论、技术与方法体系,研发了湖泊—流域数据共享平台,发现了社会经济发展与城市化等典型社会经济现象的部分空间关联模式。 主持国家自然科学基金重点1项、面上6项;主持863计划项目课题1项。第1作者出版学术著作2部(《湖泊水环境遥感》、《GIS空间关联模式发现》),第2作者出版1部,第3作者2部,参著6部;出版专题图集6部(主编和副主编各1部,参编4部);发表第一/通讯作者SCI论文90余篇,多次受邀在国际、国内重要学术会议中做主题报告和特邀报告;获中科院优秀导师奖、江苏省科学技术奖(二等奖2次、三等奖1次)、中科院科技促进发展奖等各类奖励十余次;获优秀地图作品“裴秀奖”金奖1次、银奖2次;担任江苏省遥感与地理信息系统学会副理事长、地理学会常务理事;兼任《湖泊科学》、《地球信息科学学报》和《Sensors》等期刊编委。 |
