工作简历
2000年10月至今在地化所工作。
2004年起任环境地球化学国家重点实验室研究员。
2011年起历任地化所副所长、党委副书记。
2021年1月起任党委书记、副所长。
学习简历
1995年毕业于中国地质大学(武汉)地球化学专业,获理学学士学位。
1995年8月至2000年10月在中国科学院地球化学研究所硕士-博士连读,2000年获博士学位。
研究领域
生源要素生物地球化学循环;水环境修复。
主要从事山区湖库沉积记录、水环境演变和水污染综合防治技术研究,先后主持国家自然科学基金项目8项(含重点项目1项),国家重点研发计划课题1项、国家科技支撑计划课题1项、中国科学院战略性先导科技专项1项、中国科学院创新交叉团队1项、贵州省重大应用基础研究计划等省部级科研课题多项,以第一作者和通讯作者发表SCI 论文40余篇。先后获国际全球变化研究START 青年科学家奖、国家环境保护部环境保护科技技术奖一等奖、贵州省科技进步一等奖、侯德封矿物岩石地球化学青年科学家奖。任中国矿物岩石地球化学学会科普工作委员会主任、中国环境科学学会沉积物环境专委会副主任、中国第四纪科学研究会生物地球化学循环专委会副主任。
